General terms and conditions of use of Theradoo
Article 1: Purpose
Access to the site constitutes a contract between Delisou Services and the User and must be preceded by acceptance of these GTC. Access to this platform signifies acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2: Legal notice
The Theradoo website is published by Delisou Services, registered under the Belgian company number BE 0872.036.037, whose registered office is located at Rue des Petites Bruyères, 58 in 4032 Chênée - Belgium
The host of the theradoo.app website is the company OVH (OVH.com), located at 2, rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France.
Article 3: Access to the site
The site is accessible free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are at the user's expense.
Access to member services is by means of a login and password.
For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without notice or justification.
Article 4: Data collection
For the creation of the User's account, the collection of information at the time of registration on the site is necessary and mandatory. In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, the collection and processing of personal information is carried out in the respect of private life.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, Articles 39 and 40, the User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose his or her personal data. This right can be exercised by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
Article 5: Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos and contents of the theradoo.app website (graphic illustrations, texts, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by copyright.
The reproduction and copying of the contents by the User requires prior authorisation from the site. In this case, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
Article 6: Responsibility
Although the information published on the site is deemed reliable, the site reserves the right not to guarantee the reliability of the sources.
The information published on the site is provided for information purposes only and is not contractually binding. Despite regular updates, the site cannot be held responsible for any changes in administrative and legal provisions that occur after publication. The same applies to the use and interpretation of the information provided on the site.
The site declines all responsibility for any viruses that may infect the User's computer equipment after using or accessing this site.
The site cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The total guarantee of security and confidentiality of data is not assured by the site. However, the site undertakes to implement all the methods required to do so to the best of its ability.
Article 7: Hypertext links
The site may contain hypertext links. By clicking on these links, the User will leave the platform. The platform has no control over and cannot be held responsible for the content of the web pages linked to.
Article 8 : Cookies
When visiting the site, a cookie may be automatically installed on the User's browser.
Cookies are small files that are temporarily stored on the hard disk of the User's computer. These cookies are necessary to ensure accessibility and navigation on the site. These files do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify a person.
The information in the cookies is used to improve the performance of the theradoo.app website.
By browsing the site, the User accepts cookies. They can be deactivated via the parameters of the browser software.
Article 9: Duration of the contract
This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The beginning of the use of the services of the site marks the application of the contract with regard to the User.
No compensation may be claimed from the User in the event that the activities of the company Delisou Services cease.
Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Belgian law. Failure to resolve disputes between the parties amicably shall result in recourse to the competent Belgian courts to settle the dispute.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The Privacy Act applicable from 25 May 2018 requires us to inform you that the computer application Theradoo, records personal data about you. As explained below, we ensure that appropriate technical measures are in place so that the processing of personal data meets the requirements of the aforementioned law and guarantees the protection of the rights of the persons concerned.
The Theradoo application is developed by the company Delisou Services, located at Rue des Petites Bruyères, 58, 4032 Chênée, Belgium, and whose company number is BE 0872.036.037. You can contact Delisou Services via the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org . The Theradoo application is hosted on OVH servers in France, at the following address: https://www.theradoo.app. OVH is itself compliant with the RGPD rules.
The theradoo.app application is hosted in HTTPS and is secured by an account + password access. Your Theradoo account will be automatically blocked after 5 incorrect password entries. For added security, users are required to change their password every 3 months, and the Theradoo application will automatically log out after 1.5 hours of inactivity.
Each reflexologist using Theradoo has his or her data stored in a secure environment from other users. In order to guarantee an additional security in case of data theft, all data allowing to recognize a person are encrypted with a unique and different key for each user. The data is therefore unreadable outside the Theradoo application.
The Theradoo software is freely available and as a user you commit yourself to respect the legislation in force in the country where you operate. You also undertake to keep the information you enter into the Theradoo application internally and not to resell or distribute it to third parties. In the event that a customer registers via the Theradoo appointment booking module, they are giving their consent for you to store personal information about them. Otherwise, if you create the customer yourself in the Theradoo application, we assume that your customer gives consent by default. Your customer is free to ask for an electronic report with all the information about him stored in the Theradoo application. This report is available on the customer file, via the 'RGPD' button. Your customer has the right to ask you to delete his personal data, which you can do via the 'Delete' button. We guarantee that the deletion of a customer deletes all the data of the customer, without any possibility of recovery.
Your data will remain stored in the Theradoo application for the duration of your use of Theradoo. In case you do not want to use Theradoo anymore, your data will be completely deleted. We guarantee that the deletion of a user, deletes all data of this user, without any possibility of recovery.
A daily backup of the data stored in the Theradoo application is made on an external disk not connected to an internet network. This backup is kept for a period of 7 days in a place protected by an approved alarm system.
As a user of Theradoo, the information saved about you is as follows: Name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, and company number. At any time you have the possibility to print an electronic report with all your information stored in the Theradoo application via your profile.
Theradoo.app is an application invented and developped by Delisou services.
