General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The privacy law applicable from 25 May 2018 requires us to inform you that the Theradoo software records personal data about you. As explained below, we guarantee the implementation of appropriate technical measures to ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the requirements of this law and protects the rights of the individuals concerned.
The Theradoo software is developed by Delisou Services, located at Rue des Petites Bruyères, 58, 4032 Chênée, Belgium, with company number BE 0872.036.037. You can contact Delisou Services at contact@delisou.be. Theradoo is hosted on OVH servers in France. OVH itself complies with GDPR rules.
Theradoo.app is hosted over HTTPS and secured by a username and password login. Your Theradoo account will be automatically blocked after 5 incorrect password attempts. For added security, users must change their password every 3 months, and Theradoo automatically logs out after 1 hour 30 minutes of inactivity.
Each practitioner using Theradoo has their data stored in an environment separated from other users. To guarantee additional security in the event of data theft, all data that could identify a person is encrypted with a unique key that differs for each user. The data is therefore unreadable outside the Theradoo software.
The Theradoo software is freely accessible and as a user, you agree to comply with the legislation in force in the country where you practice. You also agree to keep the information you record in Theradoo internal, and not to resell or distribute it to third parties. If a client registers via the Theradoo online booking module, they consent to having their personal information stored by you. Otherwise, if you create the client yourself in Theradoo, we assume your client gives their consent by default. Your client is free to ask you for an electronic report containing all their information stored in Theradoo (available via the "GDPR" button on the client record). Your client also has the right to ask you to delete their personal data using the "Delete" button. We guarantee that deleting a client permanently removes all their data with no possibility of recovery.
Your data will remain stored in Theradoo for as long as you use the software. If you no longer wish to use Theradoo, all your data will be completely deleted. We guarantee that deleting a user account permanently removes all associated data with no possibility of recovery.
A daily backup of the data stored in Theradoo is performed on an external drive not connected to the internet. This backup is kept for 7 days in a location protected by an approved alarm system.
As a Theradoo user, the personal information stored about you is as follows: last name, first name, postal address, email address, and company number. At any time, you can print an electronic report via your profile, containing all the information about you stored in Theradoo.
