A naturopathy consultation does not fit in a calendar slot. Theradoo keeps the opening vitality assessment, every session, the evaluations, the appointment history and the invoices in a single client record.

Your sessions are customisable: you define the headings that match the way you work, and you find them identical from one consultation to the next. Photos, test results and PDF letters attach straight to the session concerned.

Your client prepares the consultation

With pre-session forms, you build a questionnaire your client fills in online, when booking: eating habits, sleep, history, reason for the visit.

You walk into the session already knowing why they are coming. The answers wait for you in the calendar and are copied into the session created from that appointment: they stay in their record.

Free text, single or multiple choice, date, gauge: any field can be made mandatory, and each appointment type has its own questionnaire.
